This document is a concise summary of your key professional strengths and experience written by an veteran retained executive recruiter. Most of our clients effectively use this  as a  unique and memorable "leave behind" with the hiring manager or external executive recruiter.

This is a "4 session bundle" that is offered at a significant discount. You may of course use these hours in any way that helps you achieve your goals. Perhaps it's to prepare for an upcoming interview, or a question about how to handle a difficult offer negotiation. Your advisor will be right there with you as the need arises.

This initiative is an analysis of the "active ingredients" in your professional brand. Upon the conclusion of this initiative, you will be well prepared to articulate your "Professional Brand Assets" (those things that make you special and uniquely qualified to lead).
